The trailer just went up yesterday. What a damned shame that they had to make the cute Bobby Grey character a niglet and his mom a coalburner.

The older version is probably much, much better anyways. That tends to be the case. Great movie, a real classic.

It is a damn shame that they do this time and time again with remakes like this. Throwing in the token nigger must be a big money maker.

Although I thought "War of the Worlds" with Tom Cruise was actually very good.

I thought it was excellent too, but I'm afraid you and I are the only ones who think that way. I actually think it was better than George Pal's version (and I love George Pal's work). Go ahead and flame away...

This is so wrong in so many ways. The actors, the music. a FUCKEN version of the BH score. UNFUCKEN REAL. Gort a nigger robot, no doubt. A 'magic nigger' in Sam Jefferys roll also.

Here a 1000lb nigger sow lands and blubbers it's way eating, eating, and eating. The only way to defeat the monster is to overload it with very greasy KFC until its bla*k heart gives out.

You are so correct sir! THDTESS without Bernard Herrman is like Bond without the James Bond Theme. It just ain't gonna happen.
