Former White Hall Officer Gets Maximum Sentence, Most Suspended

Hayneville, Al. (WSFA) -- A former White Hall police officer learned his fate at the Lowndes County Courthouse on Wednesday.
Jessie James Johnson was convicted of criminally negligent homicide in his March 2008 trial and recieved the maximum sentence of one year in jail.
