London Mayor Boris Johnson is launching an independent inquiry into allegations of sexual misconduct against deputy mayor nigger Ray Lewis.

The allegations against the nigger, who has responsibility for youth, refer to when he worked as a vicar in east London a decade ago.

It also emerged that he has been barred from working for the Church of England after claims of financial misconduct.
