Not to mention, he was the only player in NFL history to win the Super Bowl MVP three times.

Holds four Playoff passing records:
1.Most career passes attempted: 734
2.Most career passes completed: 460
3.Most career passing yards: 5,772

I gotta go with Tom Brady for sure. The guy is just now hitting his prime and he has more rings than any other QB besides Terry Bradshaw. I think Montana has 3 too, but Brady has 2 Super Bowl MVP's also. Holds the single season TD pass record, and is going to shatter many more before he is done. I feel like he is going to get a couple more rings too. I'm kinda biased because I am a huge Pats fan, but it's definitely between him and Joe Montana. I feel like the edge goes to Brady because he has the record that I think willl never be broken again. That is the 50 td's in a single season. Marino held that record for what...... 20 years maybe. Then Peyton had the MVP year and broke it. Then the man Tom Terrific broke that mark 2 years later. So I gotta say Brady hands down.

No Dan Marino??!?!?!

No offense man, but I feel in order to be considered amongst the upper echelon you have to have a ring. Thats just my opinion though. I still think he deserves to be in the top 5, but you can't compare him to Favre, Brady, Montana, Aikman, Bradshaw, Starr, etc. Just because he never won the big one.

:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs:bs Guaranteed that if the shoe was on the other foot, Marino's Niners would've won SEVEN Superbowls instead of four!!!!! He was much better than all those you mentioned above. If you didn't see him in person, than you can't say shit!!!!!!! Dan Marino did what all those other quarterbacks couldn't do and that's win games ALONE!!!!!!!!!

I'll make sure to print this out again later today so I can wipe my ass with it again.

Um pal, didn't Marino have Mark Duper and Mark Clayton to throw to in all those games he won "Alone". Now Mr. Football buff, you name me one reciever that Tom Brady had to throw to in his first Super Bowl win. Not the second and third with Deion Branch, I'm talking about the first one. Now who is the real QB that took his team on his shoulders and shocked the world with very little offensive weapons to throw to? Mr. Tom Brady

As far as the would've, could've, should've BS you were spouting off about. It's pure speculation. Hell if I had 3 more inches I could be a porn star. That kind of shit. Or the old saying; "If, If ands and buts were cherries and nuts, we would all have a merry christmas". So I don't need to hear what Marino couldve or should've done. He didn't do jack shit! Just state the facts, and the facts are Tom Brady = 3 SB Rings(2 SB MVP's) and holds the TD pass mark of 50 in a season. Dan Marino = no rings and no records, therefore, no glorification. Now if you wanna argue who has the best isotoner gloves commercial. You and "Dan the man" may have me there.

I'll print this one out to wipe my ass on due to fictitious speculation! Tom owns Marino and all his records.

Yeah I found that real laughable myself. Whether you agree with me and my choice, Tom Brady, as the greatest ever, you have to admit that whoever started this thread and didn't include him is a travesty in iteself. There is no doubt that it's between Tom Brady and Joe Montana. I believe when Brady's career is over, he will own every record and probably have 5 rings to go with it. Thus making me a visionary!

I probably should have included Tom Brady. There are just so many great ones, and only 10 options. I figured I'd be pissing off someone. Oh, Joe Montana never lost a Super Bowl.

good thing being a class act doesnt count ! sorry marino fans but my wife worked a store years ago that marino shopped at and has told me the horror stories of marinos shitty treatment of people ! she says he wasnt just rude to the employees and customers but in her words a total prick ! she doesnt follow football so its not like its a biased opinion ! i know its just about being a QB thats why i say good thing its not about being a class act !

Have to go with Barry Manilow..you can't get any better than 4-4 in Superbowls.

Most fun to watch: Favre and Elway.

And with a nod to my friend 357, I saw Marino in his prime at Joe Robbie in 1991. His quick release was utterly amazing. Added to his arm strength, the deep out was pretty much impossible to cover.

I'd rather just tell you who the worst QB's are (aside from niggers)...any QB that played for Denver, San Diego, and Kansas City...plus Tom Brady. (DAMN TUCK BOWL)!

Oh good god. Not another Raiders fan I got to hear whine about that shit. It was a good call. They may have changed that rule shortly after that, but it was a legitimate call at the time. I thought the guy who brought a snow mobile out on the field, to clear Adam Vinatieri a spot to kick from, was more controversial than the tuck rule. Besides, you can't blame Brady for an officials call. He's the greatest hands down, and just now hitting his prime. Nostrodamus of NFL football makes prediction. This years super bowl will be a rematch from two years ago. This time the Pats will take care of unfinished business. Pats 28 Giants 17

looks like he's doing okay in this one. Only reason I voted for him is because I grew up in WI and got to watch some seriously thrilling plays. Dude is also an all-star ass clown too, which is pretty hilarious.

I know a guy whose brother flew private flights throughout the Midwest and he ended up sitting in a cessna w/ Favre for a couple of hours. He said the guy just REEKED. Said he's smelled body odor before but nothing like what Favre was emitting. Dude probably has the testosterone of three men coursing through him. Funny though.

We'll see when your gloryhole hero is retired!!!! Records are meant to be broken, so what? Danny Marino set EVERY record a couple of which he still holds. All the ones Favre holds he accomplished uninterrupted throughout his whole career. Marino missed almost three years total with injuries. That's as stupid as saying that nigger-ass Hank Aaron's HR record was so much greater than Babe Ruth's when the nigger never missed any serious time throughout 25 years with any serious injuries.

Marino set the STANDARD for ALL QBs today. Dan Marino NEVER had the team that Tom Brady did and Dan Marino played in an era of REAL football players, not the sissy-mary fucktards that play today!!!!! Let's see, in Marino's day he had to compete with Montana, Elway, Kelly, O'Brien, Esiason, Young, and even a young Favre! Who did little boy Tommy have to compete with.....hmmm, Peyton Manning and an old Favre!!!! Wow!!!! Big competition!!!!! The Robbies NEVER had the payroll that the Krafts do. The only thing that the Patriots did better than Huzienga (and I'll give them all the credit here) is hire the right front-office personnel. Isn't it amazing that 2 out of those 3 rings that Patriots and little-boy Tommy have are off the backs of former Dolphin players??? :think

Here is what the other 31 NFL teams and fans think of your beloved hero and his boys!!!!!!!! God, I can't believe this thread is still going:

Johnny Unitas played the game when he had to work other jobs to support his family. He was dedicated to play the game because he loved it and he had to put out extra effort to prove how good he really was. When Baltimore traded Unitas I quit watching football and to this day I will only watch about 5 minutes of the Super Bowl till I can't stand it anymore because of all the Millionaire niggers.
