A New Orleans crime camera provided photos of a shooting and has helped catch a suspect.

The New Orleans Police Department arrested Jowanda Netter, 19, in connection with the shooting of a 20-year-old man. The shooting occurred Monday night at the corner of Second and Dryades Streets in Uptown.

I love Nigger on Nigger crime..especially where one nigger gets killed and the other nigger gets cought. New Orleans is such a shitstain of a city. Yea, he's a real piece of work isn't he? A real outstanding credit to his race. Obongo is probably the same way but the groids think he is oh so wonderful too. He would drown them in a heartbeat if there's any money it for him.
