Four girls whose decomposing bodies were found last year in a District of Columbia row house were failed by multiple agencies, including the schools, court system and police, according to a report released Thursday by the city's inspector general.

The bodies of the girls -- ages 5 to 17 -- were found in January 2008 when deputy U.S. marshals served an eviction notice at the home in southeast Washington. Their mother, Banita Jacks, has been charged with murder.

A 192-page review of the case by the D.C. Office of the Inspector General details each interaction Jacks had with the district, beginning in late 2005 when she sought help finding shelter.

Over the next several years, the district provided Jacks and her daughters myriad services -- including rental assistance, food deliveries, and the opportunity for each girl to attend a charter school -- but the support was often uncoordinated, the report found.

I think that mammy did a fine job raising her sows. After all, none of them are on welfare or out in the streets committing crime. They're quiet and they don't bother anybody. Stupid nigger did what she did and who knows really why she did it. I don't think niggers are capable of making moral choices/decisions--they just go on whatever feels good or gives them a thrill at the moment (or if they're mad at someone). Even animals don't do the things niggers do.

However, as far as all the agencies and schools and whatever failing her? We probably would have no need for children's services agencies, welfare, etc., except for niggers. If they need all this to raise children, they are in no way worthy of the equality they demand.

It's fair to note that the District of Columbia is about 75 percent nigger and has been completely niggerfuxated for decades. Pretty much all offices are staffed by incompetent AA niggers; esssentially niggers failed this nigger sow. Not remarkably, nothing is ever a nigger's fault.
