I let her know that if I thought that any nigger blood ran through my veins, I'd kill myself. That ended the conversation.
Later that day, I went to the bosses office and told him that I didnt feel that she's the right person for the job. He replied that we should give her 2 weeks to see if she improves before letting her go.

I get the feeling she isnt going to last that long.
