It certainly looks that way. CNN and the man on the street interviewees are whipping the groids up into a frenzy like they did for the Rodney King video.
15 Philly Officers Suspended After Violently Beating Suspect On Video
Fifteen Philadelphia police officers are off the streets today after a violent confrontation between the officers and men wanted in a triple shooting was caught on tape.
You can see the officers in the video (click the link to the right, 'Fifteen Philly Cops Beat Suspect') kicking and beating the suspects while the suspect was being held down on the ground.
The mother of one of the victims, Shirley Hopkins, says she doesn't understand why cops felt the need to use so much force.
"Nobody deserves to be beat(en) like that. If you do an animal like that, they'll throw you in jail...So how can these, our Philadelphia police officers, call themselves officers and treat another human being like this?"
