Hmmm...Now there would be an example of how a problem cannot be solved by throwing money at it...You can't fix retarded...I have met a few Niggers in the course of my life that are able to trick people into thinking they are smart, when in reality, they only obtained a college education based on handouts from the United Nigger College Fund....Any Nigger will tell you that "college degrees are a measure of intelligence" But...as every reader in this forum well knows....A college education is not relevant to the measure of intelligence and intellectual acumen.

In this state, we are famous for our citizen legislature. I have met some of those folks possessing nothing more than 8th grade in formal education, yet demonstrate deliberativeness, intelligence, astuteness and critical thinking that is simply remarkable.

I think more Niggers should go on to higher education because such endeavors only demostrate and validate the assertion that Morons cannot be fixed. Not only that, it is Niggers who chiefly define themselves by the measure of a college degree and I find nothing more amusing than seeing a Nigger alleging to be so highly educated, revert back to the behaviors, attitudes and same lack of self control as his counterparts who chimp out and swing from trees.

When I was in college some of my classmates were resentful of the fact that some Niggers who genuinely could not cut it academically were systematically shoved on through or given other such nefarious breaks that Niggers in typically academia receive. I always laughed and enjoyed seeing this. My point is that a Nigger, shoved through the system, is no different than Tyrone who quit school at 15 to sell crack on the streets of the Bronx.
