The State of Louisiana sentenced nigger Patrick Kennedy to death for raping his eight-year-old stepdaughter. Sounds like a plan to be but the coon appealed the sentence and the US Supreme Court says the nigger won't be riding the lightning

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The U.S. Supreme Court ruled 5-4 Wednesday that child rapists cannot be executed, concluding that capital punishment for crimes against individuals can be applied only to murderers. The ruling stemmed from the case of Patrick Kennedy, who appealed the 2003 death sentence he received in Louisiana after being convicted of raping his 8-year-old stepdaughter.

Looks like the state of LA. will be feeding and housing this piece of shit for the next 50 years of it's pathetic life, instead of turning it into a good nigger.

The black-robed tyrants strike again! The same ones who reward child rapists are the same ones who gave 17 year-old murderers a pass on their murders, gave terrorists the "right" to O.J. their way to freedom in our domestic courts, as well as annihilated private property ownership in Kelo. As much as many people despise McCain, imagine what Obama appointees would do. Vote, people!

It's an insane ruling. The U.S. Supreme Court is crazy.

This does NOT give me faith for Heller v. DC

You don't suppose some "horse trading" took place amongst the justices, do you? Something along the lines of "alright, you can keep the second amendment, but we get to keep child rapists off death row."

The NRA-ILA site had the oral arguments in Heller, and the responses from the justices sounded pretty good for our side. None of the liberal five seemed to dispute the application of the second amendment to common citizens, which might help. Scalia was, of course, AWESOME! -cheers
