I have seen that photo before and I always thought someone photoshopped it.

I do photoshop and no, it isn't photoshop. She forgot to flush the toilet. But then again, they only do that when putting drugs into it as the police knock on their doe. Or after a miscarriage or homemade abortion, that is if they don't feed it to the dog.
