So I agree niggers can make a functional military as long as they are under 30% of the total force and have excellent leadership.

Has anyone ever heard of a legitimate reason why Obongo is pushing for a Civilian Defense Force? I can think of none that would require such a force let alone a force that is allegedly to be equipped and trained as that of the standing military.

Sounds way too much like the formation of a secret police force similar to the Soviet KGB or Gestapo type organization like one previous poster mentioned, that will be used to ferret out the whites who don’t drink the Kool-aid and become Obamabots. What would the criteria for membership be?
