This website says that Mexifornia is soverign, but with my 'beloved' state poised to be bankrupt in very short order, and with an impotent, nigger loving legislature just drooling for federal relief, sovernignty means less than nothing to me. What good is it saying we're a soverign state if we are in reality a welfare state? As far as a federal "assault weapons" ban, Kalifornia will bend over quicker than a down-low nigger for the HNIC. There are few states in the Union that will have the intestinal fortitude to actually claim true soverignty, let alone seccede from this all-too-increasinglly socialist police state govrnment, so as far as I am concerned, nothing short of all-out civil war will get the attention of our nigger gubmint. Name me a human state that is serious about secession, and I'll make like the fucking roadrunner haulin' ass from the coyote to get there.

5 More states signup to invoke the States Sovereignty under 10th Amendment as of this week 3/2/09, now totals 32 states:
These five -- Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, and West Virginia -- have all begun their action under the 10th Amendment in a bid to protect themselves from what they view as nothing less than an unconstitutional usurpation of power on the part of the Obama administration.

I'm hopeful. Even Ohio is considering it, although I'm not sure what will happen. The demoncrat in the governor's office is probably drooling over all that money. He's got too many niggers in this state to turn it down.
