If Mexico ever gets around to adopting the adversarial legal system with jury trials and manages to make their police trained in some aspects of investigation (most only can do preventative policing) and crime scene integrity, the nation will improve dramatically.

Puerto Ricans, like us on the mainland, refer to these people as "newyoricans" and distance themselves from them much like Mexicans and us Statesmen refer to the beaners here as "chicanos." Puerto Rico is a beautiful island where the dominant class is White and Mestizo, not niggers and mulatos. Samething with Mexico as Mexicans from the country are night and day from Mexicans in the states that aren't even really "mexican" at all.
