I work for a major chemical manufacturing company in the u.s. and I experienced the asinine choice of racial equality aka affirmative action first hand.
What a freaking joke.
Promoting a man because he is black.
This nigger can't read and write at a third grade level.
Passing up at least a half dozen candidates that were educated, and more than qualified to fill the position.
Did the company do the right thing?
Hell no.
I had to brush up on my Ebonics so I could understand what the dumb ass nigger was saying.
Its like a totally different language.
He can't even follow simple directions.
I'm so tired of bailing his sorry black ass out of jams because he is stupid.
You can't fix stupid.
This makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it.

If the niggers that are unemployed, uneducated, refuse to work or get an education, and complain that they are oppressed. Each and every one of them should be boxed up like a monkey and returned to Africa.
