That article confusifies me.
It sounds like the military wants to put the terrorist on trial, but obongo wants the trial delayed for 120 days. I thought these democrats were all upset because the prisoners weren't getting trials. Why would obongo delay that trial, especially if he wants to clear out Gitmo and shut it down?
Is he afraid his muslim brothers will be found guilty and he wants to set them all loose before they can be tried?

I'm willing to be that Obongo is counting on the short attention span of the average citizen these days. He knows that if he the terrorist trials are delayed then they stop being news, and once something stops being news people soon forget about it. Once people forget about the situation boon boy can then quietly shut down the proceedings without anyone complaining or even noticing.
