Any time the number of unborn NIGGERS is promoted it is a good thing. But everyone knows that the $500 MILLION U.S. dollars will go into the pockets of NIGGER AFRO LEADERS, and will not help in reducing the NUMBER OF NEW NIGGERS. Plus, the U.S. is out of money.
