I sort of like the idea the founding fathers had that only landowners should vote. I don't think if you are on public assistance, you should be allowed to vote. It's a conflict of interest--if you're on the dole, you'll vote yourself a raise across the board. Section 8? Sorry, can't vote. WIC, food stamps? Sorry, get off the dole before you have any say in electing who manages it. That would effectively get rid of the nigger vote.
