Coldplay's new album

I downloaded it yesterday and I'm listening to it at the mo. Its quite good, a couple of memorable tunes, just the sort of thing to listen to when in a mellow mood.

I love Coldplay. And while I have the new album and am enjoying it, I still think A Rush of Blood to the Head is their best work. Iwould love to see them top that one.

There is an acoustical version of the song Lost out there on the web and I like it better than the album cut. Just Chris Martin on the piano. (drool drool!)

Someone I work with let me hear it. He says that Brian Eno produced it. He's always been one of my favorite studio innovators.

The first song sounds kind of muddy. I thought it might have been the bit rate of the download. But my co worker says that his brother bought the CD and it sounds just as muddy.

Anything that Eno has his hand in is always good for my mellow moods. Especially his mid to late period solo stuff. "Here Come The Warm Jets" is always going to be on my 'desert island' list.
