UPDATE: 20-Year-Old Woman Fatally Shot
CHICAGO -- The autopsy shows Ishma Stewart, 20, shot while driving Sunday, received a fatal gunshot wound to her arm. Her death iss ruled a homicide.
Stewart was shot at 200 E. 48th St.(jdheryf), according to the Cook County Medical Examiner. police responded to the shooting about 10:52 p.m., News Affairs Officer John Henry said.
Stewart was driving a car when multiple shots were fired from another car, striking her, a Wentworth District lieutenant said.
