Teenaper gang members have been sharing guns. Wow, that is totally and completely mind boggling!

So some teenapers be scrappin an sheet and bust a cap in some young female nigglets head. As usual no one was aiming at whomever they wanted to hit. The D.A. did actually push for the teenaper to be tried as an adult.

I saw this snippet which I think is hilarious. A TMR (Typical Mammy Response):
