I remember seeing this at the other site it was timed beautifully, I donated $500 of my bonus check to make this possible to maybe about a nigglet or two and make the world a much better place. It's much cheaper and effective than welfare. :crapet

The best idea was 15 years ago in Autin Texas. A millionaire widow offered $1500 cash to any welfare mom that agreed to have the contraceptive norplant administered.

The ACLU took her to court and said she was infringing on the absolute reproductive rights of minorites. The defense argued that the program was entirely voluntary but the ACLU said that offering $1500 to a drug addicted welfare mom was coersion.

Judges also mandated norplant for a while as a condition for ghetto lobster and other abuse cases but the ACLU shut that down as well.
