Users of video-sharing site YouTube can no longer post clips of themselves singing Happy Birthday because of a copyright row.

The melody comes from "Good Morning to All" written by two American sisters, Patty Hill and Mildred J. Hill, that were both kindergarden teachers in 1893. The familiar words were added later, first appearing in print in 1912. Full story here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Happy_Birthday_to_You

If you took everything off YouTube that violated copyright laws you'd be left with nothing but a bunch of videos of niggers who thought that anybody cared about anything they had to say.

Actually, Google/YouTube is owned by the Jews, and Google hired the ADL to censor YouTube (which is now known as JewTube) to ban any and all Christian/Caucasian videos which speak the truth.
And, no, I am not bashing Jews here. I am only speaking the truth, which is public knowledge. Look it up.

What the....? How does the industry even justify copyrights on songs as common as "Happy Birthday"? This is borderline retarded in its adherence to the "rules".

"We simply cannot accept terms that fail to appropriately and fairly compensate recording artists, songwriters, labels and publishers for the value they provide," Warner said in a statement.

RIIIIIIIGHT.... Warner just wants everything to be fair. Thaat's all.
