: NORFOLK - Former football star Marcus Vick was arrested in Norfolk early this morning and charged with driving under the influence.

Police spokesman James Robertson said Vick, 24, was pulled over around 2:15 a.m. on Armistead Avenue after a brief police pursuit that began on Granby Street.

Vick - who starred at Warwick High School before a promising career at Virginia Tech was cut short by legal and disciplinary problems - was booked on a DUI charge and was also issued citations for driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving, eluding police and driving on a suspended license. He was released on bond early this morning, a spokesman for the city's magistrate said.

24-year-old Delicia Cordon of Miami, was charged with being drunk in public.
WTF! You can be charged for riding in a car while drunk? I don't respect anyone who rides with a troublemaking nigger, but that charge sounds silly. If anything they should charge her for being around a nigger.

Some states have Public Intoxication laws.
I do not know why they didn't charge the
coalburner with Disorderly Conduct.

Public Intoxication laws are an easy way to ramp up the charges against someone you basically either do not like or want seen off the streets. Which in this instance was both. She needs this stamped on her forehead for all the human population to see:
