Nothing like a well crafted song from an appropriately named song.

It's little off kilter, just like everything else they ever did, but that wa spart of the genius of the Kinks.

Thanks, I had forgotten this one.

Their genius becomes apparent when you consider how the song lampoons the commercial side of Christmas. The Kinks were always great at satire.

you know, that's a lot of the fun of this section of the forum. I love everyone reminding me of some the great music I might have forgotten.
