New Orleans has the worst crime rate in the country according to a new national ranking.

Congressional Quarterly says the city ranked first, based on more than 1900 incidents of six different types of major crimes -- including 209 murders last year.

Rounding out the top five crime cities following New Orleans are Camden, New Jersey, Detroit, St. Louis and Oakland.

Baton Rouge ranked 31 on the list, while Shreveport came in at 54.

I see that STL is number four. Not really surprising, since we always seem to rank within the top five.

As the nigger trickle back into town (after the humans rebuild it), the crime of NO will continue to grow. Each nigger means another criminal. The only question is how much of a criminal will it be? The typical, misdemeanor nigger or the growing list of felon's.

Either way, until we legalize torture, they'll never learn. Under sharia law, the paws would be cut off -usually by the age of 12.
