Nigger accused of stealing coins from unlocked cars

NIAGARA FALLS — A man known for his habit of testing unlocked cars and stealing loose change was charged with petit larceny Thursday after police found his footprints in the snow near several cars just before 5:30 a. m. in the 3200 block of Niagara Avenue.

Fabian L. Carter, 38, of Elmwood Avenue, was charged following a foot chase on 29th Street. Police said they deployed a taser when Carter refused police orders to stop. Carter was charged with petit larceny, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police said they also found a suspected crack pipe.

Officer Michael TarnowskI said they followed footprints to an unsecured car in a driveway in the 3200 block of North Avenue and the owner said $7 in loose change was stolen.

Now, I know it doesn't say he's a nigger but given that his name is Fabian and he lives on Elmwood Ave (tons of niggers there) I think we can assume he's not human. Not to mention a search on Intelius reveals that one of his relatives is named "Tameka"

Some nigger stole like $2-$3 in change out of my car about a month ago. Accidently left it unlocked after getting groceries one weekend. Went out the next morning, all my change was gone. Only a fucking nigger would steal change. Dat be'z like FO FOTIES RIGHT DARE!

Luckily, here in Tennessee, for now anyway, the simple fact of opening a car door to commit a theft is a burglary. So, when the nig is caught taking 'fohty cent' from the vehicle, he automatically goes down for the felony of opening the door. Pretty sweet, I say.
