Prof. Nutnice, since you've done most of the coontries in your old poll, I'd like to suggest a few to add
when you get the time. One of course, is the former Upper Volta, now Burkina Faso, the end of my career as a diplomat.

The other two coontries have been in the news quite a bit lately as the witch doctors have made national news chasing and :lobster hacking up sacrificial albino niggers for their magic potions which they can't make fast enough to offer up to the local tribes. Those places are Burundi and Tanzania. An expose on the witch doctors and their gris gris should reassure our local nigger population that the motherlands are keeping up with the latest medical advances. :wdr

Yep...I visited Rio de Janeiro when my USN ship stopped there for a few days once.

The slums on the hillsides and the densely-packed apartment building districts were full of niggers.

In the swanky districts, Cocacabana Beach, etc., you didn't see many niggers...there were, however, lots of half-breed mulattoes and three-way hybrids running around loose.

At night the main thoroughfares downtown are crawling with niggers and mulattoes...but the fancy restaurants and clubs have doormen to keep 'em out.

Yes, it´s not news that Latin people tend to mix more, with niggers or Amerindians. But at the same time, you won´t see any nigger as president or controlling anything, or as a movie star. True, however (not sure if things have changed recently) since Old San Juan is the "touristy" area the police patrol it like the plague because tourist dollars are far and few between nowadays similar to how Bourbon St., was in NOLA....just dont go off the beaten path like I mentioned earlier or you'll find yourself in niggerville or worse, "La Pearla" in no time.

I have never been to PR but imagine that the rule of thumb is that if you are only going to be there for a couple of days to stick to the areas on the tour plan, unless you are with a trusted local. If you are going to live there or make frequent trips, take your time getting to know the place, and you will find that most areas are perfectly fine in the daytime. Plus the areas around universities and upscale shopping centers for locals are fine.

This is based on the advice I give people in Tijuana. Here almost the entire city is okay in the daytime, but at night you have to know how to move about properly.

Trading Posts were established, and productive plantations grew agricultural crops and tobacco. In fact, these plantations were so successful, that the Dutch West India Company decided to import Niggers by the boatload to increase production.
