A New Zealand man attacked a teenager with the most unlikely of weapons - a hedgehog. William Singalargh faced charges of 'assault with a weapon' after he lobbed the prickly woodland creature at a 15-year old boy. The charge was later dropped in favour of common assault and offensive behaviour, for which Singalargh was fined £215, most of which he had to pay to his victim.
