FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Two of three suspects have been arrested following an altercation over a dog that resulted in a teen getting shot in Fairfield, according to police.
Kenneth Taylor, 22, of Fairfield, and Bryana Mitchell, 21, of Suisun City, are in custody following the shooting.


The victim was armed with a handgun and during the fight, the victim's gun discharged and struck the victim in the hand and grazed his head.
