According to the report, the victim was unconscious at the hospital, and witnesses at the scene were uncooperative.

That's astounding news to me, because I had heard that niggers were renowned for their outstanding cooperation with law enforcement authorities. Perhaps the (racist) reporter misunderstood the niggers' reaction to the sudden police presence. I submit that the niggers were chasing after the suspect; trying in vain to convince the perpetrator to turn itself in. Yes, that's what probably happened there.

Any day now, I am positive that a good citizen in the neighborhood will alert the police to the whereabouts of the assailant and, like any good citizen, will decline the reward offer because getting thugs off of the streets is reward enough.
