I was meaning to start a Megadeth thread but forgot about it. I love Megadeth. I am so glad Metallica kicked him out......He made way better music. Kinda like a certain forum that is now in ruins and Chimpout. I am not sure how many times I have seen Megadeth but everytime it rocked. Living in Vegas for 6 years, there was always a chance to see a good show almost every week it seemed. Megadeth was always affordable and he will always put on a good show. I grew out of my pit days but at a show like Megadeth, I always leave pouring sweat and a sore neck for days because of constant headbanging.:rock

Megadeth does the hands-down best cover of Anarchy in the U.K.

Didn't Pat Boone cover "anarchy" on that album he covered "crazy train" on?
I could be a bit premature..maybe Pat's version is better?

Yes, "Rust in Peace" was their best album. When all my friends were into Metallica back in the early 90's, I was the Megadeth fan. Megadeth actually caused the only damage I ever did to my '75 Trans Am- On my 15th birthday in March of 1992 my step dad gave me his mint- condition 1975 Trans Am- I went for a drive, put in "Rust in Peace" and blew the 6x9s 20 minutes later... It was worth the beating I took- Megadeth kicked ass! ha!
