We can't decide if we should get the kids (13, 9, 5) an xBox 360 or the PS3. Any one seen all the available games and can suggest? We'd like to get them one that has games for all their different interests, since their ages are so far apart.

If you can get to Wal Mart, they have the 80 gig PS3 on "special". It's $399, but you get a 100 gift card, so it's sort of like just paying $299. I bought the PS3 specifically for Resident Evil 5.

Hmm, so you can use the gift card for games. The oldest would probably like that resident evil game, too. Thanks for the hint. Not sure I like the idea of shopping at Walmart, though. Now I have a dilemma..hehe :think

I hate WalMart with a passion, but I think with a deal like this it may be beneficial to swallow some pride to snag one. Silent Hill: Homecoming also looks pretty kick-ass.

I missed that special...'out of stock', but found another one that was a little more, but with more items. Still don't like that it came from Walmart, but it's going to be delivered by the hot blonde UPS driver we have for our area...:party

I'm going to recommend the PS3 as well, it doubles as a blueray DVD player and it can also be used as a secondary computer (there are various versions of linux that can be loaded onto it like yellowdog, fedora, and ubuntu thus either a backup computer or a computer you can make the kid's do homework on :lmao).
