Heh heh... I loved the sequence in Duke Nukem in which he tears off the monster's head and shits down its neck, just as he promised. LOL... Drops his pants, sits down on the bloody neck stump, starts reading a newspaper and whistling as he dumps his load. Fucking hilarious.
