Charles Village Rape Sketch Baltimore City police are still looking for a man responsible for raping one woman and trying to rape another in Charles Village.
A sketch of a the suspect has been put together by city police with the help of at least one of the victims. Flyers featuring the sketch can be seen on light poles throughout the neighborhood.
