I want to thank you for this site. I know there is a fair amount of joking that goes on here, but under neath it all there is truth in what everyone says. I am a supervisor in the wonderful world of retail, and i have to supervise these stupid nigger bitches everyday. They think they are entitled to everything and that they are the ones running the show! It's so damned frustrating! When they don't get EXACTLY what they want they run off to another manager, they start their little head bobbing thing and the whole "no you di' unt" thing....I need advice on how to deal with these dumb, sheboons. My boss promises they will be gone after the holidays, but making it through until then will be murder!

My advice is that you should come here to the forum to vent until the seasonal workers are gone. Post your stories of jaboonery, blow off some steam and maybe have a couple of laughs while you look around

Unfortunately, supervising nogs effectively is extremely difficult because of HR departments that are afraid we might be "insensitive" to them. They're not afraid of corrective actions, don't worry about losing their jobs, and generally have very little motivation to do what is necessary. I hired one black guy about three years ago. Did a good job for me when supervised closely, but left to his own devices after a management change, it reverted to TNB. Figured out the best course of action then... Don't hire niggers.

Just accuse them of theft anytime you can get away with it. A majority of the time, on any given day, you'll be right. The niggers will be in possession of something that doesn't belong to them.

Be professional! Tell them they were hired for a specific job duty and if they didn't want to carry out those duties then it's time for a career change! It's your job to solve problems, not to babysit.

On occasion swhen you have some bit of free time, causing a chimpout can be very rewarding. If you pose it to the members here, they will give pretty good advice on that. I am sure seeing one of them go category 3 plus and getting its ass tazed would brighten a dull afternoon.
