I just got a nice job offer in Philly starting in the second week of Jan. My best friend is boots on the ground there for me but can only generalize and tell me Northeast of the city is where I should look. He has family in Langhorne. I have been looking online at places and have scoured through Craigslist as well. On more than one occasion I have seen something promising but my buddy can't give me a solid go or no go on some of the areas. I was hoping that some of you may have some better ideas. I will be working in Ridley Park if that helps anyone make suggestions. I know that I do not want to live in Jersey or Delaware. Also Philly county has more hoops than the rest of PA. regarding concealed carry even though PA is a "shall issue" state. Thanks in advance to any and all that offer some help here. BTW, I'm moving from Germany and am also looking for a relatively low cost shipper to bring back my Jeep if anyone wants to help me tackle that one. Thanks again.

My answer would be "don't move to Philly....under any conditions." I know that does not help you (and apologize accordingly); however, it is just my 2 cents.

If you REALLY need an answer, find the neighborhood most heavily infested with old world Italians (I don't know where that is anymore in Philly). The spooks I spoke with from Philly knew damn well that they got out of those areas before the sun went down or it was permanent lights out.

All I can help you with, is what I hear commonly is try to live ouside the city limits. That is all I know.

I am from langhorne born and raised, anyway in bucks county is nice besides bristol, morrisville, parts of bensalem but yeah stay out of philadelphia county there are basically no non fuxxated neighborhoods in philly anymore. If your going to be in ridley park I would look in montgomery county if bucks county is to far Delaware county is basically philly jr and quite ghetto, and as far as ccw permits bucks no hassle I would imagine Montgomery to be the same.

I used to live in Montgomery County as a kid. I was back for a visit several years ago, Elkins Park is still beautiful but about 20% nigger, esp. the part bordering Melrose Park, which borders the city proper. Try Jenkintown or Huntingdon Valley. Look on bestplaces.net to see which areas have the lowest
melanin content.

Traffic up there sucks, to get from King of Prussia to Langhorne in rush hour is about 45" according to my
cousin.

hint:

blue dots = bad
green = good

If your friend finds an address and it is surround by blue dots, get a new friend.

I can remember being TAD to Philly Naval base back in early 90's, I would'nt leave the base for 2 weeks because of the stories about the general monkeyshines, and savage nigger beast stories.

Thanks to all who offered up suggestions and help. The map was great and gives a nice visual of where not to live. Philly was not on my top choice list of places to live by any means. However, I cannot turn this opportunity down as it gets me off the shop floor and out of turning wrenches for a living. Plus the money is great for me and I will have a chance to stay with a company until I die. Retirement in my lifetime seems a pipe dream. Anyway, I should probably get ample opportunity to relate some stories to you all by living in that area. So it can't be all bad. Again, thanks to all who offered assistance.

Jfb- it comes down to fuxxation and taxation.

If your job is in Philadelphia county, you might as well live in the city, since your going to get hit with the 5% city tax. In this case, and depending on your income and age, I recommend Roxborough/east falls in the NW part of the city. Here it's very nice, plenty of trashy white people and hipster faggots, but plenty to do. Then you've got some parts of south Philly, university city, university hospital, and center city.

If your job is in the suburbs I could recommend just about anywhere. PM me if you want to get more specific.

I've been to Philly and you'd be better off in nearby Montgomery county that's just my opinion, I've visited Souderton, Montgomeryville and Lansdale just to name a few areas of Philly and I didn't really see any niggers except in Lansdale, either way stay away from all niggers if possible, there is a reason why we call it Khiladelphia.:sgt

After looking at that map, I never knew that many niggers lived in Philadelphia, my god i feel sorry for anyone who has to live there.

RT.30, the Lower/mid Mainline. Shitbeasts have managed to ugly the area up to 4% in recent years, but it's absolutely nigger free compared to downtown, upper RT.3 or Langhome. Look at : Paoli, Malvern, Berwyn or Radnor. Any further east or north and it's niggerville.

I moved to the Philly suburbs for work reasons 15 years ago.
I am in Bucks county and live in a 99% groid-free town, about
15 minutes from North East Philly. I would recomend Bucks county.
There are plenty of nigger-haters here. If I can assist, just ask. thumbsup

You would think that area called 'bucks' county would be totally fuxated :lol

Ayo mah bad JFB :lol

I missed where you said you're in Ridley Park.

Dude, the cops in that area of Delaware county do NOT TAKE SHIT from the coons. It's that way in Philly too for the most part, but they hates them some nigras in Delco gnomesayin?

That said, the fuxxation levels and proximity to darkest west Philly are too much. I'd say check out the Media/swarthmore area. Good driving distance to work, pub trans, and relatively rural in parts.

Again, if you'd like me to refer you to someone that places people in homes and rentals, and is shall we say, friendly to the kind of shit we talk about at CO, pm me and I'll get you the details.

Here.. an even better display.. This shows the distribution of the nigger beast infection.. Take note how the darker the map color, the more dangerous it becomes. When you see a place listed as 80-100 percent nigger, avoid avoid, avoid the groid!

I hate to have to advise this, but find the most expensive neighborhood
*outside the metro area* you possibly can.
The higher the cost, the fewer the coons.
At least that's how it works around here.
We have small towns outside the metro area
with high real estate prices with the specific idea
of keeping the filthy Homo Erectus excrement out.
Works pretty well.
