Syracuse, NY - A three-time convicted felon accused of accosting young girls in the bathroom of a Syracuse elementary school was sentenced today to the maximum penalty of 3 1/2 to seven years in state prison.
Phillip Lane, 39, of Rochester, had nothing to say before Onondaga County Judge Anthony Aloi imposed the sentence promised when Lane pleaded guilty last month to a single felony count of third-degree burglary.
