One of the (few) positive side-affects of Libtards' insistence that niggers are just like us occurs when a nigger has to face legal consequences for TNB in accordance with laws that are designed for YT. In Genesee County Michigan (i.e., Flint), a female nigger (who was employed as an elementary school teacher-- despite the fact that niggers are not qualified to teach anything worthwhile) named Allanah Tumura Benton had sexual intercourse on two occasions with a 12-year-old nigger boy as part of her attempt to help him with his anger issues.
Michigan imposes a mandatory minimum sentence of 25 years for 1st degree criminal sexual misconduct with a victim who is under 13. Allanah was given two concurrent terms of 25 to 38 years. On appeal to the Michigan Court of Appeals, she complained that it was unfair to apply Michigan's Rape Shield law to her, because she was unable to let the jury know that the "victim" had previously had sexual intercourse with a number of nigger girls. She also argued that the 25-year minimum sentence was "cruel and unusual" as applied to her because the victim liked it and was not hurt. The Michigan Court of Appeals said tough shit.
