Look at a bell curve for that compares black versus white IQ. It may be hard to find because many states have made it illegal to test a black child's intelligence. Now look where an above average (genious) black IQ falls. It falls right in the meaty portion of the white curve. When approaching one of these "magic" niggers the normal person expects the ape like behavior of a, run of the mill, every day nigger. That is, a retard. When the chimp is able to speak without ooking and eeking it is naturally assumed that one is in the presence of a golden child. These magic niggers have a very high opinion of themselves. Having been raised amongst chimps, they believe their average intelligence makes them super human. the propaganda machine is shoving 'negros are equal' down the throats of the subject population

The curve for the African is much lower and the media will never let that get out. Anyone who has regularly interacted with a coon will say they are outspoken and charismatic when all it means is they are semi if not fully retarded. Intelligent people are well mannered and think before speaking. Intelligent people are courteous even if to a fault. It is not a cultural thing (that comes after the chicken) but a sign of intelligence to feel a situation out before interacting. Stupid humans and sub humans never show this trait so they are loud and obnoxious wherever they go. By no surprise they regularly find themselves in trouble because of it.

Tolerance is why they have multiplied significantly over the decades. The ignorant non-coon and the coon dominate in numbers. If the world was a fair place these non-intellectual misfits would have perished from their own stupidity.

Once in a great while you get the coon who has an intellect to match your average non-coon. They know well enough to know that being an outspoken and charismatic negro is a problem in the greater intellectual domain yet they don't know well enough to know they, like the average non-coon, still don't have the answers to societal cancer.

Keep in mind that would be an IQ distribution for a population of equal size. This means that there are about 4 times as many Whites as blacks.

Key numbers to look at
80/85 is the IQ range of a nigger buck to a nigger sow, give or take. By my guess I would say there are 12 to 15 times as many niggers with an IQ of 80 than whites with an IQ of 80.
100 is what the test is normed to, pretty much off of White performance.
120 is a bit over one standard deviation over 100. It is what you need to have a 21st Century society. Legal, medical, political, engineering, maintenance and scientific work happens around this number. It is the number typically said to be needed to do well in college and specialized professions. Niggers are an absolute speck at the 120 and beyond range, the 21st Century Society range.
