CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- A Virginia university and a multistate accrediting body are investigating the bachelor’s degree that new Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Chief Rodney Monroe earned last year.

WTVR-TV in Richmond on Friday said documents obtained by the station from an anonymous source, plus public statements by Monroe, indicate the chief earned only six credit hours before VCU awarded his degree.

they were obviously focused on hiring a nigger.
