Convicted killer Kent Jermaine Jackson was executed by injection in Virginia's death chamber last night, eight years after he and a friend sexually assaulted and killed an elderly neighbor in Newport News.

I cant stand it when I hear some ignorant ass sit around whining how capital punishment is so terrible and when we kill a piece of evil filth like this guy it makes us "just as bad as them". I've always been a little put off by Texans who claim that everything is bigger and better in Texas. It seemed some Texans were covering feelings of inferiority or inadequacy...:think

But in the case of prisoner executions, Texas is definitely setting the pace and showing real leadership.
