Salary survey reveals 17% ethnic pay gap

Blick and minority ethnic (BME:rsp) solicitors earn 17% less than white solicitors, while women solicitors earn 7.6% less than their male counterparts, new research published this week by the Law Society has revealed.

The survey, conducted by the Society’s Strategic Research Unit during October last year, found white solicitors earned an average of £50,000 and BME solicitors an average of £40,000 a year – an overall pay gap of 20%.

After allowing for variables including grade, gender, firm size, region, post-qualification experience and hours worked, the salary gap narrowed to 17%.

The average yearly salary for male solicitors was £60,000 compared with £41,000 for females – a pay gap of 32%. However, after taking into account the same variables, plus work breaks taken and area of law, the pay divide dropped to 7.6%.

Michael Webster, chairman of the Black Solicitors Network, condemned the pay gap as ‘startling’ and called for more transparency over pay.

Just like any other job, look at the quality and quantity of the work. Niggers do at best, half as much work and do that 50% poorly then want the same pay Fuck that!

I think everyone should be on a commission type system and NO minimum wage! That way, you make EXACTLY what you are worth! Not worth a shit? You starve. Work hard and play by the rules? You will be rich.

Any business that hires a nigger can expect to lose money. If there is any cash involved, it will be missing soon. I worked with this niggress in NYC. My first day on the job there was 20$ missing from the till. It was clear that she stole it because I was new and she figured out that I would get the blame. I kept telling the management that they should get rid of her. Well I quit a year later after being blamed for all the ills of the store. I went back to vist and low and behold, the niggress was fired. So was this Paki who I also said should be fired.

I would never hire a nigger. I would easily find a way to get around any 'civil rights' law. I would have a simple math test and that would keep out 99% of the niggers.

You might notice that most boons with cash (bakkaballaz and rappers) hire non-nigger lawyers to try and get them off for their inevitable chimpouts. Even OJ Chimpson had an "under-represented" nigger ratio in his defense team.

Deep down, a nigger knows another nigger is just going to fuck it up, and will go with a White if he can afford it. It's the best criticism of affirmative action you could ask for.
