Condemned Ga. man claims racism by former attorney

ATLANTA --A condemned man's lawyers urged a parole board Friday to commute his death sentence, saying his previous attorney deliberately put up a flimsy defense 18 years ago because he was "infected by racism."

This is what I think this is actually about:

!) The dead people in the car were racist.

2) The police were racist when they charged him with murder.

3) The attorney was racist because there was no defense for the cold blooded murder.

4) The jury was racist because they convicted him on hard, clear evidence.

5) If his execution isn't overturned, the judge's are racist. If it is overturned, the judges are racist.

The animal killed two people out of cold blood. The evidence was not tainted. The jury was not tainted. They found him guilty and sentenced him to murder. So this is racist because?

He should be hung out to dry. Case closed. :hng
