Downtown businessman David Murray has in the last 12 months felt everything from anger to heartburn.
Murray, the owner of Dave's Sporting Goods on Second Street near Newark Avenue, has faced six charges as the result of an incident on May 3 of last year when Murray was in an altercation with the owner of a car that was double-parked next to Murray's car. Murray claims three men allegedly attacked him, leading to Murray firing gunshots into the air.
