I live in a place that's 1-3% nigger (depending on if you believe the census, but I know niggers don't reply to the census forms), and just this week I saw in the paper that a nigger was charged with burglary and another nigger was charged with dealing heroin. You also have to look out for niggers-by-choice aka wiggers. They can be just as much trouble as real niggers. If it's a white looking person with a chinstrap beard, it's a wigger.
