Did STan Lee get the idea for The Hulk from watching niggers?

I think Stan Lee should have made the Incredible Hulk a nigger. Before you guys chimpout over this, lets think about it for the moment. Here we have a guy who when he gets angry or frustrated, goes bananas and has a huge class five chimpout. Only in a nigger do we see such behavior. So Stan could have gotten his idea for the Hulk from seeing nigger behavior.
