I did a zip file of episodes 1-3, quite some time back (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NPKZ8J5T). But I've been playing with MP3 compression methods, trying not to alter the show quality in any way possible so I could make a zip folder with all the shows at less than 100mb. But nothing works for me, though maybe my expectations are too high for the audio?

Are you using variable bit rate compression? I set my limits on MIn 24, max 56 when I do the CO radio shows.

Also, are UKDD's shows in stereo? If not, then compress them in mono to save space.

From my archive, I can see that the episodes vary.

Episode 1, is 80kbps. Episode 2, sitting at 96. Episodes 3 and 4, 128. Then, episode 5 is 99kbps. Some of the episodes have stereo, though I have no idea which ones (Vista used to tell me - damn Windows 7).

EDIT:

CHORB: Episodes 1-5... Zipped, compressed to a variable rate of 20-55 and set to mono.

In the 47mb zip file, they are compressed using a free piece of software called MP3 Quality Modifier (http://mp3-quality-modifier.en.softonic.com/). Which I've listened to episodes 2 and 3, under the variable bitrate settings of 20-55kbps, mono and a 44100Hz frequency. thumbsup
