I've wasted a LOT of hours playing The Sims and Sims 2. I once even took a week of vacation just to play the damned thing. I decided NOT to upgrade to Sims 3 before it even came out.

I think this ad is intended to soothe nogs who will be chimping out that they didn't program more nigger characters into the game. I've played for a few hours and not seen one random nigger Sim spoiling the scene. The regular Sims game neighborhoods are much more fuxated.
