The year was 1997
Everyone is afraid to punish the niggers for fear of race discrimination accusation. I didn't have this issue and it did come to bite me. I had niggers working under me when I was in. They would always say shit like "you only making me do that cuz i'm black". I worked in the aviation side and as such in that time E3 and below typically were TAD to the line. You did fuel samples, moved planes, chained planes down in bad weather, helped with plane washes, daily inspection for engines/hydraulics etc. Not really much work given that most of the day you sat on your ass.
When you get qualified as a plane captain you are often busy and no longer responsible for the lower work. The new guys coming in do that. Well the faster you got qualified, the faster you no longer have to do "bitch work" and someone else can leave and go do what they enlisted for.
Niggers would moan and complain that I was inside where it was warm. I told them if I have to go out and do that sample with you, you are going to go to every launch, recovery and high power turn with me where I am outside in the cold and rain for 2-3 hours. The nigger said something like "Shieeeet I dond thindk so". Needless to say he went to the division officer skipping the chain of command. I made him clean out pad eyes. A typical punishment that meant STFU, Do what I say and you won't get written up. Most people cursed you but were happy it was the end of it.
I got an ass chewing for him skipping the chain and for choosing a nigger to do the work. His word was automatically taken over mine. He said I never make the white people do anything. This was kind of true but they were all qualified and he was not. They busted their asses to get shit done before him and some came after him and were qualified faster. He was there longer than they were he said. Its not his turn anymore.
I guess when niggers come in the "do your bitch work time" doesn't apply to them.
So now the year is 1999. My second big ass chewing. This shaneqa nigger is constantly bitching. "Dey ownly makzin me do dat suff cuz um uh blak wuman" No I am making you do that because you are not qualified to be on that plane with the engine running by yourself so you get to do this shit instead. Get qualified and I will rotate who does the shit work.
This time I did have support from the chain of command after many people submitted statements on my behalf but it didn't matter at this point. I was told I had to be "sensitive to the situation when minorities are involved". I shit you not. I was told in not so many words to show them special consideration.
Basically it was my divison officer saying I know you are in the right here but we can not punish niggers the same way we punish humans. Eventually they got sick of this cunt and she was sent out of the division. Where did she go? She went to the MWR shop.
You know what they did in there? Planned BBQs, fundraisers, bake sales, raffles etc. They worked maybe 15 hours a week. The command took notice of how "good" she was doing in there and promoted her over MANY more deserving people. To give you an Idea a commanding officer can "CAP" 1 person per year, per pay grades e4,e5,e6 for every 1000 people. Being that most commands are far less than 1000 people that means 1 in each pay grade. Typically each division will decide on one person out of all the shops to submit to the CO for CAP proposal. Guess how many people were in her division in her pay grade? 1!
Because she was doing all this "extra" stuff and everyone else was working it appeared she was doing "extra" when in fact was doing FAR less. Fucking niggers.
You know how this nigger got into my shop in the first place? She asked which shop is the "easiest". Well my shop was physically the easiest. She hung around with other niggers who worked in the engine shops who told her how easy we had it. But you needed an understanding of basic electronics at the very least and I do mean basic. You could not be a retard and work with us. She had constant trouble. We always had to redo her work. Even the pop and swap stuff. She could never work alone, could not figure out a schematic to save her life and never got qualified to even apply power to an aircraft.
She came in undesignated. Basically this meant she scored so low on the asvab that she couldn't chose any rate they needed at the time. This applies to niggers usually. Humans sometimes come in this way but it is because their recruiter sucked and told them this was the way to go if they couldn't choose. Humans end up in some shit hole for 2 years and niggers are basically on their ass for 2 years.
She was able to "strike" after 2 years. That means you can take the advancement test and if you pass you can be put in that rate. If you score high enough overall with eval and award points you are also advanced in rank. Tests are graded on a curve and are an 80 point scale with a "passing" score being 30. That is 37.5% of the max score. It took her 2 tries with her first score being 21 and second being just cut at 30. That is 26.25 and 37.5 on a 100 point scale.
The average test score is in the mid 50s. This doesn't mean 50% it is just because of the way the curve is done and is only used as a point scale to help decide who is advanced. Tests are 200 questions in 3 hours and are multiple choice. There are always 50 of each answer. This means that if you were to answer A for every question you would get a 20 before the curve was applied. Some questions are not used in the curve. IE: questions everyone gets correct and questions nobody got correct. If that does not bring her score into perspective I am not sure what will. These are the types of niggers being promoted to this day.
